Introduction and Acceptance of Terms Through Use
CountSpin.com Account Eligibility
In order to create and maintain an Account, you must:
1. Provide CountSpin with a valid e-mail address and password for Account access
2. Be at least 18 year of age
3. Have a valid mailing address (P.O. Boxes are not accepted)
4. Keep your Account information (name, address, e-mail, payment information, etc.) up to date, accurate and secure
5. Comply with all other Account holder obligations set forth herein
By logging into the Site, you represent and warrant that: (a) you are the customer who registered for the services; (b) that you are using the services only for permitted purposes under this Agreement; (c) you are not a competitor of CountSpin or agent thereof; and (d) you will immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your password or Account or any other breach of security. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to reject any application for an Account and cancel any existing Account.
CountSpin.com Service
You agree that upon using the CountSpin.com service, you can purchase products through the falling-price auction. You must be fully registered to make a purchase. Once you submit your order information and lock in your final price on a product, we shall bill you, process your order, and ship (or have one of our merchants ship) the product to you to complete the transaction. All orders are limited to one unit per transaction for any user.
All orders are subject to our approval and we reserve the right to cancel any order at our sole discretion. Product availability may change prior to shipment. Should this occur, you will be notified by email, and given the option to accept these changes or cancel the order.
Our official return policy is that all sales are final, meaning that once you click the Buy1Now button your credit card is charged and you may not cancel the purchase. However, after receiving delivery, if you are dissatisfied with the purchase, you have 30 days within which to return the item by mailing it back to the address from which it was sent. In such an event, a credit will be issued to your account that can be applied towards the purchase price (not the shipping & handling charges) of a future purchase. Any defective products will be returnable if they turn out to be defective on delivery. If, however, the product is defective after delivery and used, that would be a problem for the manufacturer to deal with directly. There may be instances where we can coordinate with our merchants to obtain a cancellation, exchange or return of your item, solely on our discretion.

As an Account holder at CountSpin.com, you are prohibited from:

As an Account holder at CountSpin.com, you are responsible for:

CountSpin.com Account Termination
Account membership is subject to the terms and conditions in this Agreement. CountSpin reserves the right to terminate your Account and cancel any orders and/or rewards at any time for any failure to comply with these terms and conditions. CountSpin is very strict about failed payments: Three (3) failed payments for any Account will result is permanent suspension of the Account. CountSpin also reserves the right to close any Account that has been inactive for more than 12 months.
Account holders may terminate their Account at any time by sending an e-mail or other written notification to CountSpin.com.
CountSpin.com Referral Program
A referral connection is considered as established when the referred party registers using the invitation link sent by CountSpin on behalf of the referring party or when the referred party manually selects the referring party (as identified by the referring party's registered name) at registration. The referral bonus is calculated at 5% of the purchase amount. Shipping & Handling charges are excluded from the referral program. The one year period of bonus eligibility is calculated from the date when the referral was made, not from the date when the referral was accepted. Referral credit earned may only be applied towards purchase amount on CountSpin unless otherwise indicated by CountSpin. It may not be redeemed or claimed if CountSpin.com terminates or alters its service. CountSpin reserves the right to suspend the Referral Program without prior notice.
